Expert Witness services
RCNS offers expert witness services in adult-acquired traumatic brain injury. We are able to complete detailed and scientifically robust assessments which can speak to the following:
- Presence and severity of traumatic brain injury
- Neuropsychological sequalae (cognitive, affective and behavioural) and their most likely causality
- Presence or otherwise of co-morbid mental health disorder (e.g. PTSD)
- Questions regarding the influence of background factors on the presentation
- Neuropsychological prognosis
- Recommended neuropsychological treatment packages
- Mental capacity
