I am a Principal Clinical Psychologist and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Clinical Psychologist. I have experience working across a range of neuropsychology services and settings including rehabilitation units, acute inpatient, outpatient and community and across the age and ability range. I have worked with individuals with acquired and degenerative neurological conditions completing neuropsychological assessment, psychological assessment, risk assessment, formulation, rehabilitation, therapeutic work with individuals and their family and/or carers. I have experience of working within the Mental Capacity Act. In addition to neurorehabilitation, I regularly work with individuals around adjustment following brain injury and health conditions impacting an individual’s life, life limiting conditions and palliative care. I frequent use evidence based models within third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches to help support individuals with adjustment and help them engage in meaningful and valued activities to promote their quality of life. 

I am also keen to work collaboratively with other professionals with the multidisciplinary team to deliver systemic and integrated care for the individual. This may be indirectly via multidisciplinary meetings, consultation and supervision which I regularly provide. I deliver training to promote the understanding and delivery of psychological and neuropsychological care to other professionals and carers. I teach on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and supervise Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
